Things I am currently enjoying:

- The Charles Anastase interview in Jan-Feb 09 issue of RUSSH mag.

"My aesthetic is really just feminine at its core, and that is the challenge for me...I just can't bear the gay vision. I don't want to create clothing for girls through a gay man's eyes, I want to make clothing that girls want to wear- I am obsessed with women."

- 'Revolutionary Road'
Ok, so you're thinking why the hell would you see a Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet film, after 'Titanic' was clearly puffed-up-en-masse-terrible?

Here's why- cause you can feel the performances through the screen. Take the Golden Globe Award committees word for it, if you don't take mine.

Kate Winslet plays a frustrated 50s housewife, aching to express herself through the role society has forced her to play. Leonardo plays her husband, seemingly driven to freedom through is he and at what cost? Based on the novel by Richard Yates, 'Revolutionary Road' opens January 22nd across Australia.

Beautiful and highly relevant to everyone who feels juxtaposed to what they are supposed to be, and what they want to be.

- The new Gus Van Sant film, 'Milk'.

Starring Sean Penn, the beautiful Emile Hirsch and James Franco, it traces the rise of gay campaigner and politician Harvey Milk through 1970s San Francisco. Beautiful, tragic, a must see.

Opens in Australia on the 29th Jan 2009.

- My foof i-touch cover, in Japanese cotton. So japanesey :)

Order from the website and they will ship anywhere in the world! Unfortunately, they only do Apple products but you'll still love the foof's.

- Dermalogica Age Smart MultiVitamin Thermofoliant. Long, fancy name = sophisticated exfoliant. $85, nationally.

- Rice milk in my tea :)
